Behind the scene - les coulisses

It’s not often that on my website you’ll see reference pictures if you are not an artist looking for them.

But since I’ve been receiving emails asking me how I go about the reference pictures for the artists.. I had 2 sets to do today so I thought I’d show you…

First : Flying for Sandra Chang

This morning I received a sketch from my friend, artist Sandra Chang for which she needed reference pictures for a new Drakaina painting.. I can’t post the sketch here but if I don’t give you any explanation you are really gonna think I turned crazy, making weird pictures that -without the sketch explanations – makes no sense what so ever..

Basically the artwork will involve a futuristic me, flying and handling guns at once.. My pup, Beltane, is part of the picture too, thus why she invited herself during the “shoot”.
